The Vintages

Last weekend we headed up North to stay in a trailer park.. yes you read that right, a trailer park. This is The Vintages trailer park.. Full of 33 vintage Airstreams and trailers, completely redone for you to stay in! They were featured in August 2018's Sunset Magazine! We stayed in 'The Couples Neutron' which included one big bathtub. I have been excited about this for months, just because I was going to get to take a bath! Yes, I packed my Lush bath bombs, bubble bath, and bath oil! Super prepared!

Each trailer comes with these cute cruiser bikes you can go ride around the park on. The park has a club/fitness house, a pool, and a fire pit/outdoor section. It is also located in the hear of Willamette Valley wine country!

Saturday morning we drove around to two wineries, Blakeslee Vineyard Estate, and Hawks View Cellars. I guess the new trendy wine in the Willamette Valley is a white pinot noir! Unfortunately Blakeslee was all sold out of it, but we tried Hawks View's, and it was really good! Both wineries had amazing wines and I highly recommend checking out both. (They are right down the street from each other).

If you want a weekend getaway filled with wine tasting and relaxation, then this is the place for you! I highly recommend this little treasure and can't wait to go back again!
Now, until November 21st you can use the promo code 'insta' to get 10% off your booking plus a bottle of wine! See this instagram post for details.

Special thanks to The Vintages for having us!

My Throw And Go Outfit

I love maxi dresses. To me they are an easy throw and go option. Throw one on, add some layers.. sweater, jacket, boots, hat. You look put together when really, you got ready in 10 minutes.
For me, putting together an outfit is torture. Does anyone else feel that way?! I need a personal stylist.  I also hate putting on makeup, so If you ever see me in real life there is a 99% chance I will not have any makeup on. As long as my hair looks somewhat decent then I feel good.
Anyway, back to this H&M maxi dress.. Its only $20! It comes in this olive green color, which i'm obsessed with right now, and also black. I like to tie a little knot at the bottom to open it up a little bit and show off my shoes. (see last photo) Scroll all the way down the post and get this perfect basic maxi dress before it sells out!

Breakfast Parfait

Easy breakfast options are a must for me, and i've been a fan of R.e.d.d. bars for over a year now. So, with all their new flavors out now, I decided to make some little yogurt breakfast parfaits. Before I tell you how I did it, let me tell you why i love R.e.d.d. bars so much..
R.e.d.d. bars are soy free (a must for me), vegan, gluten free, and have 35mg of caffeine! Also, 10 grams of protein, 11 superfoods, and 19 vitamins and minerals. Thats a lot of good stuff packing into one little bar. They're great on the go, camping, hiking, whatever. I always keep one in my purse and my car.

INGREDIENTS

R.e.d.d. bars
Yogurt
Whatever toppings you like (I chose raspberries, crushed pistachios, and honey)

DIRECTIONS

1. With a softened R.e.d.d. bar, line a ramekin squishing the bar on all sides.
2. Fill the ramekin with yogurt, and throw on your toppings.
3. Let set in fridge or freezer for about 2 hours or over night. (The freezer makes it more like froyo!)

Special thanks to R.e.d.d. for sponsoring this post.
