Pizza Dough

I love pizza.. especially homemade pizza, with homemade dough!

Heres my super fast and easy pizza dough recipe.
(You only have to let it set for about an hour.. aaand BONUS! It makes 2 crusts, 
so you can put one in the freezer for later!)

1 packet active dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups all purpose flour, or flour of your choice
1 cup slightly warm water

1. In the bowl of an electric mixer, fitted with hook attachment, pour in warm water and sprinkle with yeast. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add oil, and salt.
3. With the mixer on low, slowly add flour. Mix until dough mall forms.
4. Transfer to an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit about 1 hour.
5. Cut dough ball in half. (You can freeze the second piece in plastic wrap and a freezer bag)
6. Roll out dough into a 12 inch round. Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

I topped mine with pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and basil.

This will seriously be one of the best pizza's you will ever have!
