Peanut Butter Banana Chia Seed Pudding

1/8 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup almond/coconut milk (you can use any milk)
1 tablespoon blue agave syrup
1 tablespoon PB2
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Granola (homemade granola recipe here.. its so good!

1. Mix together chia seeds, almond/coconut milk, blue agave syrup, and PB2 and whisk. Let sit for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Mix again.
2. Mix in peanut butter and bananas.
3. Top with granola.

This recipe is super quick and easy. Also great for getting protein after the gym! 
Just 2 tablespoons of chia seeds contains 11 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein.
